Everything you need to keep your books in order.
Talk to Qaid, record transactions, process receipts, send invoices and understand how your business is doing — without becoming an accountant. Each feature below is live today and has its own page.

AI bookkeeper
Just tell Qaid what happened.
Instead of choosing accounts, categories and journal entries, describe the transaction naturally — in English or Arabic.
Qaid turns the sentence into a drafted double-entry journal entry with a short explanation. You approve it; only then does it post.
- “I paid 250 KWD for office rent.”
- “We received 1,500 AED from a client.”
- “دفعت ٣٠ د.ك مواصلات نقداً”
You approve every entry.

Double-entry accounting
Real accounting underneath. Simple conversations on top.
Every approved transaction posts balanced journal lines to a chart of accounts.
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, receivables and payables ageing, revenue/expense/COGS breakdowns, EBITDA, VAT summary and detail, Zakat estimate and income-tax provision are all generated from the same ledger.
- Chart of accounts created for you
- Multi-currency, posted in your base currency
- Corrections, voids and restores with history
- Audit log
- Fiscal-year aware reports
- PDF export

Receipts & supplier invoices
Upload it. Qaid drafts the entry.

Qaid extracts vendor, date, currency, VAT and totals, checks for duplicates, matches the vendor to the account you used before, and keeps the file attached to the posted transaction.
- Receipt scanning (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, PDF)
- Supplier invoice and bill processing
- Duplicate detection
- Confidence scores on extracted fields

- Attachments and HTML receipts
- Duplicate emails ignored
- Automatic retries and re-processing
Bank statements & expenses
Reconcile with your bank, monthly.

Expenses are tracked by vendor, category and location, with input VAT recorded for the VAT summary. No live bank feeds — statements are imported as files.

- Top expenses and month-over-month changes

Invoicing
Create an invoice in seconds.

- “How much did I spend this month?”
- “What is my profit?”
- “Which expenses increased?”
- “Who still owes me money?”

Zakat can be enabled (default for Saudi Arabia) for a 2.5% estimate. Qaid calculates and reports; it does not file returns and is not a ZATCA e-invoicing solution.

Works with your accountant
Qaid doesn't replace your accountant.
It removes the clean-up before their review.
Approved, documented, double-entry records mean your accountant reviews instead of reconstructs. PDF exports today; a full data export on request; accountant roles planned.
