In short
Today, data enters Qaid through chat, file uploads, your company's inbox email address and bank-statement imports. Payment links on invoices are in development. A public API and third-party integrations are planned but not available.
How data gets into Qaid today
- ChatDescribe transactions in English or Arabic.
- UploadsReceipts, supplier invoices, statements — PDF, images, CSV/XLSX.
- Inbox emailForward receipts to yourcompany@inbox.myqaid.com.
- Statement importCSV/Excel/PDF statements reconciled against your entries.
In development
- Online payment links on invoices (so customers can pay from the shared invoice).
Planned, not scheduled
- Public API for reading and writing transactions.
- Bank connections (live feeds) where available in the region.
- E-commerce and payment-provider imports.
- Accountant and team access with roles.
